gives us 616 total people that registered under the name of TEAM TEXAS
Follow Doctors instructions regarding your practicing for these games, spend time out doors to be adjusted and prepared for the heat. Stay hydrated, and listen to what your body tells you!
The Heart Exchange Support Group Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, was chartered in 1986. It is affiliated with CHI St Luke's Health Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center in Houston. Most of our active members are also members of the hospital's Auxiliary.
Heart Exchange activities are funded by donations, and memorial gifts. Funds are used directly on support programs, including temporary housing, prescription medications, and financial aid for needy patients and families identified by the Social Services department at CHI St. Luke's Health Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center
Your donation is a tax-deductible contribution. Our organization is decicated to helping tranplant recipients and their families as well as promoting donor awareness.
The St. Luke’s Foundation Heart Golf Classic took place Monday, October 6, 2014, at Golf Club of Houston, formerly Redstone Golf Club. The Heart Golf Classic was created to bring new hope and help to those individuals affected by heart disease by raising funds for the Heart Exchange Support Group and the cardiovascular programs at CHI St. Luke’s Health and the Texas Heart® Institute.
